个人简历/Personal resume

  王淼,副研究员,硕士生导师,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,苏州市激光与光学工程学会理事会理事。博士毕业于中国科学技术大学,电子与信息专业。2015年加入中国科学院苏州纳米所,从事氮化镓(GaN)超表面有源光场调控研究。主持国家自然科学基金、中国科学院人才/功能开发等项目3项,作为项目骨干参与十三五、十四五科技部重点研发项目3项。参与《氮化镓单晶材料生长与应用进展》系列丛书编撰,撰写Springer出版LED英文书籍一章。

研究方向/Research direction

  主要开展超表面及其阵列实现有源光场调控的研究,并与GaN基光子器件(激光器、Micro-LED等)集成,形成具有特定出光特性的有源光子器件。旨在突破传统体光学元件“单一”局限,为任意纳米结构“集成式微型化功能性发光器件”的制备探索提供新途径、新方法。
