个人简历/Personal resume
2016年获新加坡南洋理工大学光学工程专业博士学位;2016-2019年在新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院从事博士后研究工作,2019-2021在剑桥大学电子工程系开展博士后研究工作; 2022年获得海外高技术人才计划并任职中国科学院苏州纳米所,主持国家自然科学基金委青年、面上项目,江苏省自然科学基金委青年项目。长期从事高性能红外光电器件及其应用研究,对新型光电材料的理论设计、材料制备、电子器件制备和器件工作机理等核心问题进行了系统的研究,迄今为止在SCI权威期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,以第一作者/共同第一作者身份在国际著名期刊发表论文21篇,包括Nature Communications、Advanced Energy Materials、Advanced Functional Materials 、Nano Energy和Optica等,H因子34,ESI高被引论文4篇,论文引用3000余次,并申请发明专利11项已获授权7项。
研究方向/Research direction
1. 红外光电核心器件:瞄准红外光电领域所需的核心材料和器件,发展新型半导体材料、光电子学解决红外光源、探测器和调制器等核心器件难点问题的新方法和新技术。研究内容包括半导体材料与器件物理、器件仿真、微纳加工工艺、组件集成和瞬态/微区红外光电测试等。
2. 新型光电材料:针对高性能光电器件发展要求,开展新型低维材料光电器件(探测及发光)研究,包括胶体量子点、钙钛矿、二维材料等,覆盖近红外至中红外光谱波段范围。
3. 可穿戴智能传感、发光、人机交互器件制备与应用。
